You can download the DOBY app by scanning the QR code on the camera or in the instruction to operate the camera by your mobile phone.
How long should it take to fully charge Freecam battery rechargeable security wifi camera?
※Remember to fully charge the camera before using the first time.
It should take about 6 hours to fully charge your Rechargeable Security Wifi Camera on a one-amp USB charger, or five hours on a two-amp charger.
Another option for charging your Camera is Solar Panel (Only for the Solar Powered Wifi Camera).
What is the recommended internet speed and wifi?
For best streaming performance, we recommend 2 Mbps or higher of upload and download speeds andWi-Fi networks operating on a 2.4 GHz frequency.
Standby & Wake-up
There are two ways of wake-up, including, showing up of moving object nearby, and one-key wake-up in mobile phone.
We set the automatic sleep in 30 seconds after wake-up and you can prolong by operating in your mobile phone.
Mobile phone wake-up is easy to understand, click the APP once means wake-up one time, and the recording is in synchronization manner.
What can I do when my camera always wrongly woken up by moving objects?
You can turn off “motion detection” in the APP. The camera will have only one wake-up mode now—APP start; or you can turn off the power of the camera when you are at home.
You are also able to turn down the level of PIR wake-up in the APP.
Does the camera support 4G card?
The Solar powered outdoor security camera doesn’t support 4G card.

What should I pay attention to when I connect the Freecam security camera to wifi for the first time?
1. Please make sure WiFi is 2.4G
2. Please ensure that the WiFi signal can be connected to the Internet (it is recommended to use the mobile phone to test whether the video can be browsed normally)
3. Make sure the WiFi name and password have no spaces or special characters
4. Make sure the device is in the initialization state
Can Solar powered camera work all the time?
As long as it is charged in the sun for above 4-5 days each month and is waked up 10-20 times per day, the product can work all the time.
If power shortage is displayed,
1. Try to reduce the wake-ups caused by false alarm; use a PIR shielding case or turn off the motion detection function first to save power.
2. Recharge it in your room or recharge the camera with a power bank.
